STS is founded in Reno, Nevada
1993
STS acquired by CDI, one of the largest staffing companies in the world at that time
1997
STS’ management team buys back the business from CDI
2003
STS begins to staff Aerospace Engineers in addition to Aircraft Mechanics
2007
STS begins line maintenance operations under a newly acquired 145 certification
2008
STS acquires a material services company that distributes aircraft parts to customers around the world
2009
The company rebranded in 2009 to form what is now known as STS Aviation Group
2010
STS acquires a major technical / government staffing company
2011
STS Aviation Group celebrates it’s 25th anniversary
2014
STS purchases Air-Pro Hose from Air France, a Titeflex Manufacturer / Distributor of hose assemblies and kits
2016
STS acquires HAECO Line Care, thereby increasing its active station count from 12 to 25
2017
STS purchases a state-of-the-art aircraft hangar facility in Melbourne, Florida for modification and reconfiguration services
2018
STS purchases U Jet Group, an aircraft interiors specialist based out of Shannon, Ireland
2019
STS chooses Greenbriar Equity Group as new investment partner, acquires NAAS from Triumph and grows European operations by purchasing Apple Aviation and the former MAEL wide-body hangar in Birmingham, UK. In addition, STS also acquires Airbase Services Inc., a one-stop shop for component repair and overhaul solutions based out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

STS moves it corporate workforce into remote work settings due to the global pandemic
2021
STS sees strong year-over-year growth as the commercial aerospace industry comes back online
2022
STS Aviation Services opens aircraft hangar in Manchester, U.K. and launches a new base of operations in the United Arab Emirates
